How ordering works

Xopapp is an ordering service, not a pharmacy chain. Here is what happens after you tap order.

1. You place the order

Browse, add what you need and confirm your address. You sign in with a mobile number so the delivery partner can reach you. Nothing is charged at this point.

2. A licensed chemist near you packs it

Your order is routed to a licensed chemist covering your pincode who has every item in stock. They pick the batch, check the expiry and generate your bill.

3. You pay cash at your door

Hand the cash to the delivery partner when the order arrives. There is no advance payment and no online payment at any stage.

What is on your bill

Every item carries its batch number and expiry date. The bill is issued by the licensed chemist who dispensed your order, under their own GSTIN.
